1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- You may cancel your Subscription (as defined in our Terms of Service) by writing to us at or directly through your account on the GTM Wing platform. However, please note that the cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund unless the request meets the conditions outlined below.
- If you have subscribed to a recurring subscription plan (as listed on our Pricing Page), you may be eligible for a refund only if your cancellation request is submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the original purchase of the Subscription Plan (“Refund Period”).
- Refunds requested after the Refund Period will not be entertained, and the payment already made shall be considered final.
Note: The onboarding/consultation fee, where applicable, is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. How to Request a Refund
- To initiate a return or refund, you must:
- Email us at creators@gtmwing.com with your registered email ID.
- Include the following details in your request:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Cancellation
Once your refund request is received, our support team will review your case and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Processing Timeline
- Approval Decision: Once approved, you will be notified by email.
- Refund Timeline: The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 7 to 45 business days of approval.
- Rejection: If your refund request is denied, a detailed explanation may be provided. No further requests for the same transaction will be accepted.
4. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
Refunds are strictly conditional and may only be approved if the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within the 7-day Refund Period.
- You have not significantly used or consumed core content from the Subscription Plan (e.g., completed more than 25% of a course/module).
- You did not breach any of GTM Wing’s Terms of Service.
- You are not requesting a refund for promotional or discounted purchases, unless explicitly mentioned as refundable.
5. No Refunds Under These Circumstances
Refunds shall not be issued under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made after 7 days from the original purchase date.
- You have used substantial value from the product (e.g., accessed premium materials, downloaded exclusive content).
- You purchased during a limited-time or discounted offer unless otherwise stated.
- You have been removed or suspended from the platform due to violation of policies.
6. Platform Access Post Cancellation
Upon cancellation of your Subscription Plan:
- Your access to premium or subscriber-only features may be disabled immediately or by the end of your current billing cycle.
- Your account may continue to remain active for free content or features, unless explicitly deleted upon your request.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be periodically updated to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant updates through prominent notices on our website.
